Mrs. Goins and her Enrichment classes performed their Egg Drop Experiment on Monday, October 12. Each student in third through eighth grade Enrichment had to create a contraption to hold an egg that could withstand a 20 foot drop. The criteria: it had to weigh less than 1 pound and be less than 12 cubic inches. The whole school was waiting on the ground cheering on each participant. There were many creative devices from stuffed animals to peanut butter. It was one amazing science and engineering feat the students enjoyed completing.
