The Junior High advanced band went on a field trip Tuesday, October 6 to see The Violins of Hope presentation. They are pictured here in front of the WVIZ recording studio.
The students had a full-filling experience:
“We were part of the live studio audience. I was able to ask a question to a Holocaust survivor.”
“All of the music that was played was significant and had emotion to it. They played a song that was based off of The Diary of Anne Frank.”
“I learned a lot about what life was like during World War II.”
